Account Manager / Business Development Manager

An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join a one of the fastest growing professional services businesses in the UK.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, B2B, through proactive and targeted business development dealing with businesses from corporate to SME's.

The Business Development Manager / Account Manager:

The Account Manager / Business Development Manager will be working with a portfolio of recruitment businesses, nurturing relationships across these accounts while at the same identifying new opportunities. The role will include helping to build the presence in their niche markets.

*Ideally you will have strong experience in the contractor accountancy/umbrella space or recruitment
*At least 2 years business to business sales experience
*Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
*A willingness to keep up to date with legislative changes (we deliver on-going training in this area)

Initially office based, you will be working closely with the existing Business Development / Sales Teams to deliver realistic targets.

There is a clear career path for the successful Account Manager / Business Development Manager. Our client is looking at aggressive growth plans over the coming years which will present a whole raft of opportunities for the right person.

Basic Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 basic + great OTE + benefits
