Lead Generator / Sales Consultant
You are looking at a full time Lead generator career opportunity, 4 days per week with a £30,000 OTE!
We are currently looking to meet up with lively, enthusiastic outbound telesales / lead generators and general outgoing characters. You will have a great telephone manner and want to be part of a dynamic yet results orientated outbound lead generation team.
The ideal Telesales executive will proactively liaise with key decision makers completing all or part of the full sales cycle from initial sales call to closing the sale whilst continually sourcing new business sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Lead Generator -
To call new business customers from targeted data in order to create and identify new business and cross selling opportunities. Qualifying these calls for decision makers and capture specified information.
Develop a pipeline of short and long term prospects that will meet the specified criteria, generating future business.
Ensure that all relevant information you capture is entered onto the CRM database.
Work to agreed KPI's sales and call targets.
Cold calling and warm calling, solution selling and following up on leads, negotiating, objection handling, closing and developing long lasting professional relationships.
Ideal Lead Generator Experience
- ideally B2B or B2C in a sales or service environment
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods would be ideal
- Full Sales Cycle Experience is a bonus
- Track record of hitting KPI's and targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to influence and reach decision makers
- Computer competent
- Confident attitude
Lead Generator Benefits:
Monday - Thursday 4-day week
Flexible on Basic salary based on experience up to £22,000 basic + bonus (realistic OTE £30,000 +) uncapped
