Lettings Negotiator

Our client is seeking a dynamic and sales focused Lettings Executive to assist with the lettings within a brand-new luxury apartment building based in Manchester city centre. As a Lettings Executive you will be responsible for Providing front-line support to assist with the lettings of residential accommodation and to achieve 100% occupancy within the first 6 months of 2020.

Our client is an exciting new brand, offering apartments for rent in an amazing location within Manchester. They are all about creating a friendly place to live, with apartments that renters can personalise to make their own home and a ton of social space where they can get to know their neighbours a little better.

They are seeking a sales-focused, but above all passionate individual to join their team. They are looking for highly motivated and confident individuals with the desire to build a career in sales. Ideally they want a graduate who has experience of working within a sales driven environment, however if you are a graduate and have a tenacious and driven character with a real desire to forge a career in sales then read on.

The role is predominantly dealing with interested customers generated by extensive marketing campaigns and trade shows etc and there is little if any cold-calling however you will be required to have a pro-active approach to sales through; referrals and networking etc

Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:

* To follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation.
* To provide feedback to the Directors on lead quality, tenant objections.
* To provide feedback and ideas on how we can adapt the offering in order to appeal to the target tenants.
* To conduct viewings of the show flats to all interested parties, ensuring that the apartment and its facilities are marketed to their full extent.
* Working with other letting agents in Manchester to drive tenant enquiries for the development.
* Generating enquires by identifying and pitching to corporate enterprises in the city

Working Hours

Tuesday - Friday 10:30am-7pm & Saturday 10am - 6pm
