Customer Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Customer Service Advisor to join a fanatical Customer Experience team based in Bolton.

Our Client is the leader in their field, working alongside major insurers and supplying a first class service to their policyholders.

Customer Service Advisor Main responsibilities:

Receiving calls or instructions from insurance related clients.

Making calls to customers who have an insurance related claim; taking details and arranging appointments for surveyors to inspect the damage.

Recording all information on their bespoke system.

Adhering to customer quality standards and service level agreements at all times.

Candidates should already have experience in a customer service role, ideally NVQ level 2 in Customer Service and be able to demonstrate great communication and organisational skills, be self-motivated, computer aware and have attention to detail.

The hours of work are 9am-6pm, or 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch, with a rostered Saturday Morning (One in six Saturday mornings - 9am-12pm).

£340 per week - £17,680 per annum, the equivalent of 20 days of paid holiday per year, Pension scheme.
