Our client is seeking an organised and motivated Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Residence Manager to help in the management of the day to day operations of a brand-new luxury apartment building. As an Assistant Property Manager / Residence Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the overall running of the development, the best possible customer care, achieve and maintain the highest standards and compliance of the residence in accordance with legislation, procedures and best practice.

Our client is seeking an experienced, but above all passionate, individual to join its team at its brand-new city centre apartment building, a desire to help and your ability to chat to people from all walks of life will set you apart. They are looking for driven and ambitious individuals with a desire to succeed. The Assistant Manager is a pivotal role within the management team as you will assume overall responsibility for the day to day management of the apartments working closely with the Building Manager to ensure residents are happy and the building is kept to the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, health and safety compliance and customer experience.

If you are currently a from a retail, hotel, hospitality or property management background and are looking for your next exciting challenge then this is what we're looking for.

* Welcoming new residents into the building
* Conducting end of tenancy inspections
* Managing any customer queries and escalating where necessary
* Maintain health and safety compliance within the building
* Assisting with the sales process as and when necessary.
* Support in the organising of social events / activities for the residents
* Liaise with residents to ensure that rental payments are paid on time and assist in resolving any issues they may be experiencing resulting in delayed payment
* Working with the housekeeping team and facilities manager to ensure the building is presented to brand standard and the highest levels of operational efficiency
* Procuring necessary goods and services to ensure standards throughout the building are maintained
* Assist the Building Manager in the management of the site budgets / P and L
* Assist with recruiting and managing the on-site team
* Manage the processing and distributing of parcels/deliveries in the building
* Accepting food deliveries for the buildings coldstore
* General operational tasks required within the building
* Liaise with any suppliers of goods and services.
* Communicate and direct any third-party contractors working on site

What are we looking for?
* Be service focused and have a passion for delivering the best customer experience
* Have a strong ability to communicate with team members, customers and stakeholders alike
* Possess excellent personal time management and prioritisation skills
* Be computer literate, with skills in Word, Excel and other Microsoft products.
* Be self-motivated and able to work on initiative
* Well presented
* Retail / Hotel / Hospitality background preferred
* Supervisory / Management experience
* Level of H&S knowledge desirable

Working Hours

AM shift (06:30am - 15:30pm)
PM shift (15:00pm - 12:00midnight)
Weekend Day shift (09:00am - 17:00pm)

These are rotated weekly and a general expectation for weekend days worked will be 3-4 days per month
