We are looking for experienced Booking Coordinators, who are motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

You may already be a Booking Coordinator, Installation Coordinator, Call Centre Advisor, or involved in a Customer Service role - B2B, B2C, inbound or outbound... if you have great Customer Service skills and can deliver great results through service, we'd like to hear from you!


We're looking for a Installation Coordinator with the following abilities:

Excellent Telephone manner
Bookings / Diary Management experience
Familiarisation with data input and maintaining records
Customer service / focus
Experience of Microsoft software
Communication and relationship building
Capacity to develop into a bigger role with time

Based out of their head office in Bolton, our client are looking to develop their customer service team with passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialists to help fuel their huge expansion plans.

The role involves dealing with customers incoming calls, booking in appointments for the fitting team using a diary, answering queries and delivering excellent customer service to maximise business.

What's the job all about?
You will be responsible for...
* To provide 1st class customer service to all our customers
* To manage a diary and bookings schedule for the fitting team
* Resolve Customer Service enquiries first time by Phone, Email and Letter
* Complete required administration tasks during idle time
* Achieve personal and team targets including Call Quality, efficiency and attendance.
* Achieve agreed goals and objectives for the customer service team
* Be flexible to support the business needs where required
* Proactively respond to customer enquiries resolving the query with best solution for the customer and business
* Liaise with the fitting team and the customer to maintain the highest levels of service
* Retain ownership of customer queries ensuring regular communication and follow through to resolution
* Keep abreast of product information and supplier expectations to facilitate customer service excellence
* Ability to organise own time and to prioritise when faced with multiple tasks
