•Maximise the total annual sales throughout the Retail Store
•The P&L of the Retail Store
•Driving sales through proactive Retail marketing activities
•Delivering operational efficiencies throughout the Retail Store
•Maintaining good awareness of Retail competitor activity and local market changes
•Training, coaching and developing your Retail team
•Running an efficient and profitable retail business unit
•Being ready for business by ensuring Retail Store standards are met
•Delivering exceptional customer service
