We are now looking for a talented Area Manager with a strong background in retail / service operations.  Can you drive sales, achieve results through people and lead a motivated, hands on team from the front?

• Motivate and lead the teams, adding suggestions for development and providing further training where necessary

• Ensure an industrious and rewarding environment in store through the development and effective management of all store staff

• Maintain high standards of customer service reflecting the mission statement of the brand.

• Manage the P&L of a minimum of 6 Stores.

• Maintain high levels of presentation within the store according to company procedures.

 • Area Management experience within Retail food service sector

• A hands on management style

• Exceptional planning and organisational skills

• A driven and determined attitude
