As Site Finance Manager you will lead a team of around 10 Finance clerks.
You will work for the Site Director to optimise business performance through the influencing of operational decisions and outcomes. You will be hands on and heavily involved in the operation. This will be achieved by coaching and inspiring the team to provide accurate financial information that will ultimately drive business standards helping to achieve sustainable profitable sales growth.
You will drive profit improvement through strong financial systems and controls, identifying areas for improved management capability, planning & forecasting, business analysis, coaching, challenging, sharing best practice and contributing as part of the site leadership team.
Your main tasks will be:
• Prepare and report site period accounts
• Manage, develop and enhance cash and inventory functions
• Analyse and report financial performance
• Highlight / Recommend improvements for Financial Performance
• Communication, enforcement and monitoring of company financial procedures
• Budgets and Forecasting
• Profit Improvement
• Ensuring Payroll is accurate and on time
• Succession planning within Finance team
• Manage, develop and motivate the Finance team
