£40,000 - £50,000 plus Car plus Bonus plus Benefits
HR Manager required for a leading Non Food Retailer which is rapidly expanding. The HR Manager will have a broad remit to own and expand the Human Resources function of a growing multi-site national retailer. The HR Manager will be reporting in to one of the Senior Directors. The HR Manager will be required to work closely with the field teams to ensure the smooth running of a highly performance led multi-site operation. Whilst also having the ability to grow and improve the HR function across the wider business.
The Company
Our Client is a Leading Independent Non Food Retailer, they have showrooms located throughout the UK and aggressive expansion plans over the next 5 years.
The Job Role
This role will grow and evolve over the coming months to the point where additional HR advisors will be required, therefore you will need to display superb line management and coaching skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of the HR functions which will include managing employment law issues with key personnel, performance management, developing the training provided for employees, succession planning and evolving the HR department.
The Person
You will be already be an accomplished HR manager with a proven track record as a HR Manager or similar, and will come from a fast paced Retail/Hospitality background or similar multi-site environment. You must be an effective communicator as you will play a key role in delivering the business objectives, whilst working alongside senior managers and company directors. Your role will be based from our Birmingham Head Office however you will be required to travel throughout our UK wide store estate in order to fulfill your role effectively.
