The Job Role
The Retail Store Manager will...
Train, coach and develop a team of highly motivated sales consultants
Ensure the store gives excellent customer service at all times
Motivate and mentor staff
Drive the business to exceed sales, KPI’s and service targets
Communicate clearly with all members of staff through morning briefings and store meetings
Drive all operational standards within the store including administration and merchandising standards
Ensure monthly/quarterly store social event is made available.
Ensure the staff adhere to a sales process which put the needs of the customer first at all times
Ensure the teams are compliant with procedures to minimise shrinkage and cash loses.
Lead by example by ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience with the company
Ensure team are fully trained to deal with any customer eventuality
The Retail Store Manager should have...
