The Job Role
The Retail Store Manager will...
  • Train, coach and develop a team of highly motivated sales consultants
  • Ensure the store gives excellent customer service at all times
  • Motivate and mentor staff
  • Drive the business to exceed sales, KPI’s and service targets
  • Communicate clearly with all members of staff through morning briefings and store meetings
  • Drive all operational standards within the store including administration and merchandising standards
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly store social event is made available.
  • Ensure the staff adhere to a sales process which put the needs of the customer first at all times
  • Ensure the teams are compliant with procedures to minimise shrinkage and cash loses.
  • Lead by example by ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience with the company
  • Ensure team are fully trained to deal with any customer eventuality
