The Job Role
You will be responsible for...
  • Training, coaching and developing a team of highly motivated sales consultants 
  • Ensuring the store gives excellent customer service at all times 
  • Motivating and mentoring staff 
  • Driving the business to exceed sales, KPI’s and service targets 
  • Communicating clearly with all members of staff through morning briefings and store meetings 
  • Driving all operational standards within the store including administration and merchandising standards 
  • Ensuring monthly/quarterly store social event is made available. 
  • Ensuring the staff adhere to a sales process which put the needs of the customer first at all times 
  • Ensuring the teams are compliant with procedures to minimise shrinkage and cash loses. 
  • Leading by example by ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience with the company
