Ryman to launch new website and multi-channel platform

Ryman is working with e-inbusiness to develop and deploy its next generation website.

The new site will include call centre and fulfilment modules to streamline customer service and improve delivery options and an enhanced product information management (PIM) module which will be used throughout the business to manage and control an extensive product range.

Advanced search and merchandising techniques will be introduced through the Omniture software suite and analytics will be delivered via Omniture Site Catalyst.

Kypros Kyprianou, Group Chief Executive for Ryman, commented, "One of our key strategic aims is to leverage our multi channel offering and allow customers to interact with us in the manner that they choose."

Andy Harding, Account Sales and eCommerce Director added, "Our choice of platform partner was highly influenced by two factors; firstly the platform itself had to be current, flexible and scalable to support our key strategic aims and secondly, the company needed to demonstrate a great track record in both the B2C and B2B online space."
