| Work Placements |

| Our programs will be flexible and can last up to 12months. The exact selection of departments and projects will be designed with the successful candidate to meet the business needs. The candidate will have the opportunity to move departments and work on a number of projects throughout their time with DRL. |

| In addition to your work placements and internal training at DRL we also offer Dale Carnegie training. Specific skills development will be provided covering the following areas: |

| Mentor |

Each trainee will report into a line manager who will plan, appraise and review their work and performance quarterly. Trainees will also have a mentor that will provide frequent support with regard any issues that arise day to day. The mentor will also be the contact for the University.
